The Unseen Running Support offers honest guidance and support built from over 40 years of running experience, from fell racing and national competitions through to marathons and ultras. Runna, Garmin and online plans are great tools, but who is actually there when training gets tough, motivation drops or you genuinely need support? This is not elite coaching or influencer nonsense, just real world experience, encouragement and accountability to help you keep improving, stay consistent and enjoy the process.
